Why would you think your morning or afternoon show team would be any different?

“My mother always says to me, that there is a reason that we have a choir. It’s because sometimes you have to take a breath, and the tune continues. So right now, I keep singing, but there might be a time where I can’t, and I ask you to keep the tune going while I take a breath.”

PDs: do your team members know their roles? Do they know exactly what you expect of them every time the mic opens? Are they blocking, or throwing a touchdown pass?

Team Members: do you sing only your part of the song? If you’re an alto, you shouldn’t be singing the part of the soprano, should you? 

Great choirs harmonize beautifully because each singer knows their role and sticks to it without fail, and they are all singing the same song!
