A simple question.

What do you listen to on Radio?

I know lots of air talent, PDs and GMs who never listen to their own station(s).

I understand you may not be the “target,” but still…

if your station isn’t interesting enough to listen to every day, why do you think it’s interesting enough for anyone else?

Your station has to give us a reason to listen every time we happen across it.

Every time.

That’s your challenge, and pretending it isn’t won’t make it go away.
