What A Concept!


It’s so frustrating!

I’m talking about marketing, or rather, the lack of marketing of Radio.

It’s bad enough to listen to station imaging in every city in America and hear nothing creative, nothing new and exciting, nothing even attempting connection when it comes to emotional bonding.

Just the same old “best for your workday,” “the most variety” blather.

And that’s on our own air and our own websites.

I can’t even tell you the last time I saw professional, creative Radio marketing on TV or other media. I mean, literally, it’s been decades.

So to have to see THIS happening from a company that still doesn’t make money, and just announced a cost increase, is maddening.
