The Secret



Watch this. It’s not long:

Ok, did you get that?

  1. Ask a micro-Yes question: “Do you have 5 minutes to talk about how that last conversation went?”
  2. Give you data point. Give specifically what you heard cutting out all words that aren’t objective.
  3. The impact statement: How the data point affected you gives a sense of purpose, meaning and logic.
  4. End with a question. This creates commitment rather than just compliance.
