Radio Ink (subs. may be required) reported that Nielsen has found Radio’s reach to be 91% of all adults in America.

91% of American adults hear an AM or FM radio station at least once a month.

That’s more than TV and smartphones, which seems improbable, but there it is.

The thing is, I think most Radio people already know Radio has an enormous reach.

We need to persuade ad agencies, consumers and media buyers – not radio executives.

When I talk about Radio’s reach to friends and family none of them believe what I’m saying!

Everyone thinks it’s impossible that smartphones don’t win this race.

Where are the NAB and RAB in making this happen?

Shouldn’t the major radio companies be budgeting to spread this news?
