What is the purpose of your company?
What is your purpose in working there?
It couldn’t hurt Radio if one of our big consolidated companies articulated a reason behind the effort, beyond making themselves wealthier.
Of course, then they’d have to actually do what they purport to believe in; we would need more than mere words.
Still, I think there’s so many talented people who would flock to such a radio company if it walked the walk.
