Every day, Facebook has an audience that is three times the size of the Super Bowl’s audience. That’s every day, not just once a year. Yet, in its entire history, not one person has ever mentioned or discussed or remembered a single f***ing ad they’ve ever seen on Facebook.” 

A timely reminder that we can all get caught up in the self-congratulatory BS of media hype, even when we’re in the media.

Radio and TV have nothing about which to be defensive when it comes to producing results unless we choose to sell as a commodity.

Unless we simply don’t bother to care because of the take-the-money-and-run mentality behind short term budget projections.
