No business succeeds long term without anchoring itself to great talent.
Whether that talent is a brilliant computer programmer or film director or Apple design engineer or anchors your afternoon show, the end product starts first with them.
We ignore that on so many of our radio stations today.
Not because the talent is not out there, but only because radio doesn’t want to pay for it now.
