You have to start with the customer experience and work backwards to your product.

Every radio project I’ve ever been involved with that started off thinking about listeners, rather than profit, has succeeded.

I like this video because what Jobs says is not what I expected. He did not really fire back. He was reflective. He was honest. Given his reputation, he was quite humble. And, as usual, he was right.
