I don’t have this courage. I wish I did, but I know I don’t.

What I can share from a long career is that those who do have this courage often end up becoming superstars.

Pulling aside the curtains you hide behind, revealing your fears and pain and struggle — being totally vulnerable without knowing what the response of hundreds of thousands of listeners will be — will bond many of them to you in ways you cannot understand until you do it.
