It’s called RDIO.
Here’s what I’m wondering…
If Rdio and Spotify and Pandora et.al. can find a workable business model that allows us to hear millions of songs without any commercials, how is that commercial broadcast radio can’t manage to make money — lots of money — playing 6-8 minutes of spots every hour?
Because I think if most good radio stations I hear around the world could (make that would) limit their commercials to a maximum of 8 minutes/units an hour, these pure streaming companies would all go under within a couple of years.
Our vision must be blocked by something…
