In the most unexpected place…

Russia seems to have more dash cams than any other place on earth (and the worst weather!), and what they usually show are accidents and road rage incidents and drunks.

So, how refreshing to find this:

Small, random acts of kindness.

Yours may not be seen by millions or caught on dash cams, but to the recipient, that’s not what’s important anyway.
