Just a bit of a reminder.

Never be too certain, even with your research, because it’s very difficult to overcome human nature.

I’ve seen many research projects devolve into proving what was already believed internally. This is a very difficult bias to eradicate.

At the same time, what emotional buttons is your station pushing for your listeners and clients?

What are you speaking to that affirms what they want to be true of you, that reinforces what they already believe?

That’s worth spending some time on, don’t you think?
