Life of Pi

One I have to see…

Life of Pi is an amazing book, one of the few I have chosen to read more than once.

We all know how difficult it is to make a great film of a great book, but Ang Lee is a gifted director, so I can’t wait to see this one.

Without revealing the plot of the book, and hoping to encourage you to read it before you see the film, it is a story about telling stories. (If you are in the media, or a writer, that, alone, makes it worthwhile.)

It is about faith.

It is about hope.

And trust.

It is deeply spiritual, and wildly improbable. That’s where faith comes in.

It will make you think about life, about your life, about what you believe. That’s always worth your time.
