The question is: Is it possible?

Is it possible for you to build a stronger connection with your listeners by avoiding liners and actually speaking human to human?

Is it possible that offering deeply emotional content will increase loyalty, WOM and your ratings?

Is it possible that by sounding so different from every other station in your town you’ll actually gain listeners and TSL?

Is that possible?
