They teach you…

“Great mentors don’t tell you what to think. They teach you how to think.”

That’s Adam Grant, and of course, he’s right.

I’ve worked with so many great GMs, PDs, and Air Talent.

So many along the way that I can’t pick only one. I’m not sure I could stop at 6 or 7…

The best way I can honor those who mentored me is by mentoring others.

And, I would suggest, it may be the same for you.

Be that person for someone without your resume and confidence.

Reach out and lift up when they stumble, be the first to congratulate when they rise.
