Great new PSA from the International Committee of the Red Cross re-creating CCTV footage of malls and playgrounds showing parents suddenly realizing their child is not beside them.

This is such an effective PSA!

There’s not a parent alive who doesn’t recognize this panic so why would we think other races and cultures don’t feel what we do?
