I was involved with a station some years ago that needed imaging help.
The problem in this case wasn’t just the messages they were using, it was the voice actor they were determined to feature.
The station’s persona was malleable, but the voice actor’s was not; he only has one style, one read, and that style didn’t fit most of what we had written and couldn’t really fit the station’s personality.
And he was expensive!
Hopefully, everyone involved — perhaps even the voice actor — learned to match the talent to the message. This is a perfect use of Marshawn.
And I completely agree with the message too.
