It takes a lot to be a service dog.

Those who train service dogs must give them up, the very ones they love as their own, to others.

But oh, how rewarding.

How often do we focus on what our spouse or children -- or we -- are not, rather than encouraging what they, and we, are?

We can all serve.

Find your way.

Every life needs a purpose bigger than ourselves.
